We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Processing time
Each item is handmade with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. For made-to-order items, processing times are longer: this will always be clearly communicated on the product page.
Shipping times
After your item is produced, your item will be shipped. Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- The Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–12 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
